Steel structures and rebar, made to measure
Structural steelwork, cut and bent rebar, profiles and lattice pylons. From the design calculation to the final bolt on site, we handle the whole chain — engineering, workshop, erection.
What we do
Six families of steelwork
One company for engineering, workshop fabrication and erection. That continuity removes the interfaces between trades — which is where programmes usually slip. If your project is a complete storage building, start instead with our steel warehouse page, which covers spans, heights and cost drivers.
Structural steelwork
Portal frames, trusses and purlins for industrial buildings, warehouses and mezzanines. Design, workshop, erection.

Structures, cladding, roofing, floors, staircases and walkways. Turnkey steelwork.
Find out moreCut and bent rebar
Cut and bent in our workshop to your drawings: links, stirrups, spacers and reinforcement cages.
Find out moreSteel profiles and hollow sections
IPE, HEA, HEB, UPN, angles, tubes and plates. Cut to length, delivered fast.
Find out morePylons and fittings
Telecom and power lattice pylons, supports and fittings, hot-dip galvanised.
Find out morePiping and civil works
General piping, supports and industrial networks, with the associated civil engineering works.
Find out moreHow we work
From the calculation to the tightened bolt
On site, time is rarely lost in execution. It is lost at the interfaces — between whoever designed, whoever fabricated and whoever erects. We do all three.
Engineering
Load take-off, RPS 2011 seismic verification, design calculations to Eurocode 3. Nothing reaches the workshop before it has been calculated.
Drawings
General arrangement and shop drawings, bill of materials, piece marking. This is what makes erection fast.
Workshop
Cutting, drilling, assembly, welding, dimensional inspection, then the protective treatment suited to the site's exposure.
Site
Lifting, bolting, alignment, handover. Our own teams erect what our workshop fabricated.
Standards
The rules that govern your structure
In Morocco every structure must be checked against RPS 2011, the seismic construction regulation. It is a legal requirement, not an option: it drives the bracing, the connections and often the final tonnage.
The Eurocodes govern the design, EN 1090 the execution, and the Moroccan NM standards the reinforcing steel.
| Standard | Scope |
|---|---|
| RPS 2011 | Seismic construction regulation, Morocco |
| Eurocode 3 (EN 1993) | Design of steel structures |
| EN 1090-2 | Execution of steel structures |
| EN 10025-2 | Grades S235, S275, S355 |
| NM 01.4.096 | Reinforcing steel — B500B |
| EN ISO 1461 | Hot dip galvanising |
| ISO 12944 | Corrosion protection — classes C1 to C5-M |
