Structural steel sections and square hollow sections stacked in a stockyard

Steel profiles and hollow sections

Steel profiles and hollow sections

IPE, HEA, HEB, UPN, angles, tubes and plate. Cut to length, delivered across Morocco.

We supply the hot rolled sections, hollow sections and flat products your structures need — as commercial bar or cut to your sizes.

IPE beams

A bending section: narrow flanges, deep web. Typical use as portal frame rafter and floor joist — it is the section that forms the frame of most steel warehouses.

HEA and HEB wide flange sections

Wide flanges, good buckling resistance. Typical use as columns.

Other sections

  • UPN — tapered flange channel, 80 to 300: trimmers, secondary framing
  • UAP — parallel flange channel, 80 to 250
  • Angles — equal from 20×20×3 to 200×200×20, and unequal: trusses, pylons
  • Flats and wide flats — base plates, gussets, stiffeners
  • Rounds and squares — metalwork, tie rods

Hollow sections

Cold formedEN 10219Square 20×20 to 300×300, rectangular 40×20 to 400×200
Hot finishedEN 10210Large sizes, high loads

Common wall thicknesses 1.5 to 12 mm.

Plate and flat products

  • Plate, 1 to 20 mm — sizes 2000×1000, 2500×1250, 3000×1500 mm
  • Chequer plate — floors, treads, platforms
  • Profiled sheet TN40, TN50, TN75 — roofing and cladding

Available grades

The JR suffix denotes 27 J impact energy at +20 °C, which suits Moroccan service conditions. Reference standard: EN 10025-2.

Frequently asked questions

Steel profiles: your questions

What is the difference between IPE, HEA and HEB?
IPE has narrow flanges and a deep web: it is a bending section, ideal as a rafter or joist. HEA and HEB have wide flanges, almost as wide as they are deep, so they resist compression and buckling well and suit columns. Between the two, HEB is thicker and heavier than HEA at the same depth, and therefore stronger.
EN 10219 or EN 10210 for hollow sections?
EN 10219 covers cold formed hollow sections: the most common, economical, with sharper corners. EN 10210 covers hot finished sections, with more uniform mechanical properties, chosen for large sizes and high loads.
Do you cut to size?
Yes. Cutting to length, mitre cutting, drilling and profile burning. You receive pieces ready to assemble rather than commercial bars to cut down.
Which grade should I choose?
S275JR covers ordinary industrial steelwork. S235JR is enough for metalwork and secondary members. S355JR is justified on long spans and heavily loaded members, where it allows sections to be reduced.
